Update for March 18

Had a good day today, completed on site project testing of new product and passed all tests.

Now we have a showing of our Home to a potential buyer by our Realtor on Friday the 19th.
Maybe this will be the one!!!!






Debra has changed her mind on the Cardinal 5th Wheel Floorplan, she went in a 3515RT a few weeks ago when we were looking at a 3625RT we first looked at and fell for the layout and floorplan.

Nothing new on the Home Front, have not had a showing since before Christmas and our last price drop and new marketing stragety has not produced the new intrest we had hoped for. Maybe as the weather warms up it will generate more intrest.








Well we are off to look at a new RV Floorplan this Saturday from Keystone / Montana.
They have released a new 5th Wheel model that has the living area up front and the bedroom in the rear. Debra seems to really like this layout so we are off to Panama City Fla to see one first hand and get a feel for it. It is about 150 miles each way so it will be a nice outing this weekend.
We saw one at the show in Tampa last January, but it was so crowded you would have thought they were giving out $10 bills inside.
More RV research but this time Debra suggested we make the trip after seeing pictures on the dealers website, this is a first as I usually have to drag her kicking and screaming to RV Dealers to look at 5th Wheels. She says she has seen so many she cannot tell the difference anymore. I think she will remember this one, quite a different layout than any 5th Wheel we have looked at in the last 1 1/2 years. Wish us luck with our home sale and research trip this weekend.

Nice day in Tampa today. Only had to go to two customer sites today, Indian Rocks Beach and Seminole.

We are getting more website hits on our house listing as the weather gets better, hope to find a buyer in the near future.
